Refunds and the guarantee

Our refund policy is short because it's simple.

Before you file the order with your court, you can get a full refund for any reason, at any time. Email [email protected] and say so. No forms, no phone call, no convincing us. Money back to your card within 5 to 10 business days.

If we discover during your order that your case needs a different kind of order or an attorney, we refund you automatically. You don't even have to ask.

After you file the order, refunds end, because the document has done its job. But the guarantee doesn't end: if your plan asks for changes, we revise free until they approve. And if your plan will not approve our order even after revisions, you get a full refund.

One thing we can't refund: your plan's own processing fee, if it charges one. That money goes to the plan, not to us, and we show it to you before you ever pay.
